The 2 days trek
On the 1st day, after breakfast, you will meet your guide and his team around 9:00 a.m.
You start walking first in the cultivated forest where you will see fruit trees and then rubber trees.
Then you enter the National Park and progress is slower because your guide is trying to spot orangutans. It is in this part that you will have the opportunity to see semi-wild orangutans. You will take breaks to observe them and take pictures of them.
Around noon, you will have a lunch brought by the guide.
You will then walk in the forest in search of other animals: gibbons, macaques, birds, turtles, lizards… The difference in height can be quite significant, which is why you must have good shoes.
Around 3 p.m., you will arrive at the camp where you can swim in the river.
The guide and his assistants set up camp and prepare dinner.
After the night and breakfast at the camp, you will go for around a 3 hours walk, and after the lunch break, you will go down rafting to the village.
